They should have already done it when they released the second Crimson Guard figure.

Not yet. They announced him, but they have not provided any renders with his accessories yet. That said, a "Fred" head sculpt would be very sweet.

If they release armored Cobra Commander with a "Fred" head sculpt it'll be a purchase for me. Any word?

Hindsite they have not yet given us a hooded CC. The next version we will get is the armored version.

Have they done a hooded Cobra Commander in the Classified line?

This has been sitting in my Walmart for who knows how long. Price dropped to $9.99 and I couldn't pass it up. Haven't collected any Joes since I was a kid!
