Yes, hard to find. Even on eBay there’s not a lot of listings for it. Loose goes for around $60 if you want the glider with it. I saw a listing for much cheaper without the glider. Depends how you want to display him& how much you can spend.

Awesome find!! Don’t let this one go! This variant was nigh impossible to find when it came out. I have the normal version and it still stands out as the best Goblin and the kicker is the glider. If you are able to stumble into the Spider-Man Classics Hobgoblin that uses the same body, they pair really well together. 

I dig this figure. I managed to find him last weekend NIB at a local flea market stall style of shop. Kinda cool to get my hands on an old school ToyBoz Legend. I really like the includes Goblin Glider display. Plus there’s a little joy in opening a figure that’s been trapped in its plastic prison for two decades lol. I wish the stall would have had the masked variant but whatever, still a really cool find and pick up regardless
