The body looks like it is (different belt though). The head sculpts are not the same ones though. The heads with the Secret Wars ones are less angry. 

Is this the same wolverine as the secret wars carded one?

Probably my favorite storm cos but I’m good on the wolvie tax…gonna wait for her on a solo release…

I may skip this wave only because I have enough brown suit wolverines and the jim lee era are my favorite costumes. Ive read the 70s and 80s comics that use these outfits but they're not what I grew up with. But they look nice.
