    Agreed. He's fun, but I feel like he should've had more symbiote goo and also...I don't know, I wish that we could've gotten Volcana, Wasp, Zsaji, a new Magneto, some Wrecking Crew members, or updated punk Storm instead of a gimmick Spidey and Magik (who, as much as I love the new figure, was a cameo)

    I think the worst thing about it is the reference photo they include which shows the symbiote doing exactly that: going over the leg and side as well. I agree if they had done that, it would be a much better figure as I have been seeing a lot of people customize it to look like that. But instead, Hasbro decided to make a not good, half-finished product that once again, DOESN'T HAVE MATCHING HANDS ACCESSORIES!

    I’m kind of split on this figure. I dig the idea and it’s a pretty damn good concept for a figure, but I don’t think they added enough symbiote. I dig the texture on the symbiote and the way it looks, but it’s just not enough. If they added some more to the side and maybe some going down on one of his legs, it would work better.

    I’d be all over that too. Need more Hulk and Hulk adjacent characters in my collection. Plus, my Bruce Banner has a bum leg lol

    I've been sharking about such a set since I first started here on Legendsverse.  Might have been the first discussion I posted...

    If there is a possible Bruce Banner Hulk series a 5 Figure Set I'll be the first one to jump out of my seat gosh that would be so incredible just thinking about it got me hyped and if it does lead to a Bruce Banner Hulk Series a 5 Figure Set I'm definitely Pre Ordering It

    I yield my "overthinking" comment to you, @Mysteriomaximus84. What if that's Hasbro's goal to do a dragged out reverse transformation with Secret Wars Spidey? I feel that if they're doing this, they may be trying to test the waters for a possible Bruce Banner-to-Hulk series (possibly a 5-figure set). OK, I'm taking back the "overthinking " mantle. :)

    It's like I said, there's never been a Spider-Man that more embodies that Hasbro must have some mandate that they have to make so many Spider-Man's a year. Because this has got to be the most desperate ploy at a variant. It reminds me of Mega Man.<div><br></div><div>Hear me out; I know how random that sounds. But it's like, when Mega Man first started, you've got Fire Man, Ice Man, Elec Man, Air Man, Metal Man, Cut Man, Guts Man (Strong Man, effectively), Wood Man, etc....like, they added up. I see the theme as, if not elemental, at least threatening. But like, by three and through, you start seeing more and more Robot Masters like Top Man, Centaur Man, Charge Man (who's a freaking train...he looks like Thomas the pissed-off and evil Tank Engine), Toad Man, and, I kid you not, Hard Man. Boy, they didn't think that one through. There are more utterly lame ones too; those are just some of the funniest. That was the first moment I remember, as a kid, recognizing, "Man, they started running out of ideas."&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>This Spider-Man reminds me of how it just became SO obvious...the creative well is dry. It's all been done. But that's just it. It's not all been done, making this all the more baffling. Update the Cosmic Spider-Man; you're updating everyone else. Give us a new Spider-Carnage; they would sell better than this and be pretty similar to the Spidey w/ Symbiote goop all over. It's this, but better. More interesting. Finally, after all these years, give us an update to the ancient Toybiz Spider-Hulk. We've been wanting it. I see it requested all the time. Yeah, it would have to be a deluxe, but many would buy it. We still don't have a Man-Spider, another I see asked for decently enough. Didn't Spider-Man even get tainted with Lizard's blood once...and become Spider-Lizard? Prodigy, Horney, Dusk, Ricochet...my point is: There are still options. This is just the laziest of the lazy Spider-Man cash grabs.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>...glad for those who like it, but we didn't need this. And my dumb self preordered it anyway. The more I think on it, the more I may cancel that.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>This...? This is the most unnecessary Spider-Man in the history of their releases. This makes Bag-Man look downright essential.&nbsp;</div>

    Yeah, I see that angle, too, and this could work well with some kind of transformation display (stay tuned...) but after the first Secret Wars Spidey... never mind... I might be overthinking. What if the plan is to do a backwards transformation release series? Arm here, half body next, other half body without the leg black? Hasbro can milk the "Secret Wars " saga for eternity and this could certainly be the lure for collectors. I'm still going to stick to my in-the-wild guns, though.

    I would have to say that this is a relatively lazy effort on Hasbro's part... but it does work... just doesn't work for me as a pre-order. That being said I stated pretty much the same for Spider-Venom and seeing it in the wild tossed it into my collection... this will probably end up being the same scenario.&nbsp;

    Ive seen figures meant for kids with this style of Spiderman. Theyre like 4 inches with limited articulation. I mean it'd be cool to see what ppl do with it for photos or even stop motion. Not my bag though.&nbsp;&nbsp;

    It’s a pretty cool concept for a figure and I love Spidey so this one will go on the “buy if found in wild” list. I think they could’ve went a more heavy on the symbiote&nbsp;<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;">portions.&nbsp;</span>

    Hasbro is running out of ideas and it is hilarious&nbsp;

    Ehhh... looks great but this will have to be an in-the-wild find for me if it's to join my collection. I have too many Spider-Man figures as it is and since the symbiote arm is part of the figure as opposed to being a separate accessory, it's an easy call.
