The Sandman BAF wave Goblin would probably be the definitive version had it came with said head sculpt. But I'm sure there are more Goblins to come.

I agree, Norman's head is great, I like it even more than the recent Cabal one, but I still want a better Green Goblin

The Norman Osborn head sculpt sets it apart from the others but I don't know if I can call it the definitive Marvel Legends rendition. Still an awesome figure but I wish they did a better glider.
