Spirit Spider Comments

Well, I spotted it in the wild... and there were several available so I have to agree with @drfunkalupicus... if you're not the biggest Spidey fan, you may want to hold off for a clearance.

Yeah the lack of butterflies are a let down. I picked him up tonight on impulse as my wife and I were at a Walmart a few towns over so I figured I may as well snag while I could as I am a huge SpiderMan fan. He looks cool just standing there, but the lack of articulation and added effects/accessories is really glaring. Unless you’re a big Spidey fan, I agree with waiting for clearance. 

My local WalMarts have been letting me down. I’ve been keeping an eye out for the new collectors display, new figures, and the SpiderMan reissues and all four of the Walmarts in town ain’t got jack.

Is this the head from BAF Dormammu? It looks similar and you could use this as a more detailed one on him.

A solid figure. I love the details, from the blue flames on his head to how his spider logo is actually part of the mold. I'm appreciative that Hasbro actually gave him matching hands (unlike some other Spider-man figures). However, he is missing butterfly joints which drops my rating of him and I feel that this figure should have gotten some blue magic effects to go with his flames. My best suggestion: wait for clearance to grab him because I don't think he will sell out anytime soon once he actually hits shelves

If I pick up hellverine I'll definitely pick this up. Do like a spirits of vengeance shelf. Then I'd have to get the Ramen toys charger and Robbie headsculpt. Now its getting expensive. Nevermind. Cool figure though.

Heads up. This is available through Walmart, again, currently.

I will purchase this figure only if I spot it in the wild which means I'll probably never get it. 😎
