If I didn't already have two different FF sets, I would have been all over this wave and Thing would have probably been the automatic wild card. And to your point about Human Torch? Spot on!

I think that the human torch is a great example of this! The only thing that makes him MCU is the pakaging!

Might be the best option to grab a Thing figure before the prior versions skyrocket in price when the FF movie comes out later this month. Many MCU versions make great placeholders until a comic version is released or re-released (Mysterio comes to mind) so, as stated prior, this may be something you want to jump on as are the rest of the FF lot if you don't have other iterations of them in your collection already.

Mcu is trash don’t buy 

Will he scale with the marvel legend Hulks some say this things much smaller than his other marvel legend figures that’s another thing that’s worrying me is his height will he be accurate to his comic height next to the marvel legend Hulk 

I say go for it especially if you don't have a Thing figure in your collection currently.

I’m really half and half on buying this I really want to but then I’m not sure what do you guys think and plus I need the thing for my hulk display and I've missed out on all the other ones and this one could go as a really amazing comic version thing but I'm still not sure whether to pick this guy up or not

That's good because then with a bit of paint and a positive mindset, it will look very close to comic.

I saw a review of it on YouTube and I commented on the video and asked about it and apparently it's removable which is so good

I'm grabbing it as it looks pretty good. I only have the retro card in the shorts, so I'll take the pants as well over having the fig in the whole suit like in the movie.

I feel like even though it is not accurate to this model, Ben should have the metal helmet as an accessory. If we are getting him in these silly pants, then at least we can make him like the 1993 Marvel card depiction.

I hope the watch thingy is a removable overlay. I don't really like it.

This is the only figure out of the wave that I preordered. The pants are a bit silly, but as @spidermannoir said it does look like a solid version of Thing and I don’t have another version currently.

I think I'll be getting this one but not the others. He seems like a fairly solid version of The Thing

Not sure about the pants but I think this will sell well regardless. I really hope Disney does this film proper. Thunderbolts gives me some hope.
