Carnage was doing what he does causing havoc in NYC. Black heart sees this and decides to circumvent his father’s plan by imbuing Carnage with his own powers. Once Carnage has powers from Black heart he decides to travel the multiverse and continue his path of destruction.
The first heroes to try and stop Carnage include Iron heart and Moon Knight. Just as quickly, they become the first victims of Carnage. Carnage uses his physical strength and telepathy to make easy use of Iron heart and Moon Knight.
Carnage travels back to earth 616 where Spider-Man and his curious crew come together to stop Carnage.
The curious crew includes symbiote Spider-Man, the Scarlett spider, 11 from stranger things, and Dwight K. Schrute from the office.
With 11 using her telepathy, Spider-Man’s strength, and Dwight’s nun-chucks, Carnage was all but beat before he transported himself and Scarlett spider to a different universe.
