Firefly (The New Batman Adventures)

One of the only characters to be made by DC Direct, reissued by McFarlane, and only from TNBA. We're still waiting on Roxy Rocket to get a reissue, if she gets one, and then there's Creeper and, though not a unique character, the unique identity of Nightwing. So it's a pretty exclusive club, most having a BTAS counterpart. They never got to introducing this guy in the series until after the design changes, so there's no prior version to compare him to. What you see is what you get. And I think they did the pyromaniac pretty well. It's a solid translation of the classic comic version with little to no alterations. It's effectively comic Firefly through a Bruce Timm filter. It always made me wish they'd have introduced more characters they never got to in BTAS, roles like Black Mask and Anarky, but alas, it never came to be. As a result of his uniqueness, it makes him a real standout in this line. But per usual, he's bogged down by the dated, limited articulation. But he's a solid figure I'd recommend to any animated DC collector, probably top three from this TNBA subline.
