To supplement his failing Millville, NY, veterinarian clinic, Dr. Thomas Tinker resorted to providing back-alley medical care for the Dreadnoks who found common ground with Flatline's espoused belief in the antiseptic properties of grape soda. Though they're not certain he's properly licensed to be a doctor, a vet, or anything at all, to be honest.
