I was actually hoping that the NWH version would have taken a cue from this one with the extra head sculpt. Unfortunately, neither of them provided the head sculpt I wanted. Oh well... glad I have the retro card version to fall back on. 😁

I only ever wanted this figure for the electric hands to put on someone else. Up close I thought this figure just looked like an odd version of Iceman instead of Electro. If you get him loose for $10 somewhere, then he’s at least worth the custom fodder.

Worse? This came out some years before I started collecting Marvel Legends so I never saw it up close. But I do remember seeing other figures from the wave pegwarming at stores because I was a bit interested in piecing the Goblin BAF after watching the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon series.

Definitely not better. This one was a Parker in my stores and continues to have tons of listings on eBay. Very meh.

Better than the NWH version? I don't know but both versions could have used a regular Jamie Foxx head sculpt.
