Doop is the kicker... no doubt.

I feel that Deadpool is the best offering in the Maximum line thus far. Maximum Spidey is a great figure with great articulation. His accessories felt like they didn't quite get to that $50 price tag though. Deadpool on the other hand, has great sculpt and paint apps. They even painted the snaps on his pouches. Even those pouches on his back. Not even Hulk got the paint on his cuffs carried across to the back. In terms of accessories? Deadpool is the first that really feels like he earns that Maximum moniker and price. You might even say "maximum effort?" The guns included even have some paint apps on them. On top of that they threw in Doop. <br><br>Is he perfect though? No. His shoudlers are incredibly stiff. I heated him up and they are still stiff. Do not try to rotate or raise the shoulder by lifting his arm at the bicep. You could risk snapping the peg. Instead move his arms by holding and rotating the shoulder itself. I may try some shock oil. I saw one guy had snapped his on Reddit. Something to be mindful of.

Oh totally, my man. At this point, like...can it be denied? I'm a huge Joker fan; I don't think anyone can argue he's not one of the greatest villains of all time...but my God, ENOUGH with Joker. Batman has a dozen-plus interesting foes; can we please see them more often? I always kind of ranked the oversaturated characters as Venom and Carnage, Joker, Harley, and Wolverine, and now Deadpool has joined the ranks. The irony there? I like, more or less, all of those characters. I even love some of those characters. But they've just become sooo overdone.

I totally get where you’re coming from with Deadpool being over-saturated and I’m saying that as someone who has been a fan of the character for years.

So this needs a bit of a forward. I'm firmly in the camp that thinks Deadpool is aggressively overrated and oversaturated. In fact, l think l'd rather see yet another Spider-Man. I'm so utterly exhausted with this character. He's to Marvel what Harley Quinn and Joker are to DC. They overdid it. <div><br></div><div>Now that that's out of the way, to which you'll see why l think that was relevant to include soon...thinking a role is overrated or worn out... doesn't mean you hate them. Let's clear up that misconception now. I like him well enough, l just think he gets more attention than he deserves. He's not Gods gift to comics. He's not the greatest creation to spawn from the superhero medium. And he doesn't need in everything. </div><div><br></div><div>So with that said, l was in the fence about getting this. I like the idea of getting all the Maximum figures, but he's not one l was clamouring for in the line. He wouldn't have even made my top 25. But here he is and my OCD to "Collect Them All" won out. </div><div><br></div><div>...and all that "meh" led to something l did not expect. </div><div><br></div><div>This figure is awesome. What Maximum Spider-Man is...but Deadpool. A tier. Isn't a letdown at all, unlike Hulk. Before this, l had a single Deadpool...and that was good enough for me. Never did l think l'd be thrilled by another one. You can get so much life out of him and he's filled with accessories and weapons storage. So consider everything l said...and my shocking love for this figure. I highly recommend. </div>
