I have this figure (I'm a longtime Marvel Unlimited subscriber. I think it's actually pretty good for a repaint. And yeah, I was one of the howlers during the Rescue fiasco. Since then it's been repaints that are more or less kinda fun. Getting the figures used to be really gnarly once upon a time. Back when it first started, only new subscribers got the figures.

Knight spider was actually the 2024 Exclusive not 2025

Oh for sure! Makes perfect business sense. I doubt the number of Annual Plus subscribers is anywhere near the level to support them making a full on custom figure.<div><br></div><div>I’m a lapsed comic fan and recently got back in to reading them. Marvel Unlimited has been awesome for reading old events and character storylines and what not. Being able to get a slightly limited figure along with the subscription appeals to me. Even with the extra cost of the figure and other goodies being added in, still works out to be cheaper monthly. </div>

Yeah, they’ve never done any majorly desired figures for this service after they did Rescue early on. I think they got a fair amount of angry fan feedback after Rescue’s release. With the small quantity made for the small number of subscribers to this service, it just makes sense to be basic repaints anyway.

From what I have read, the figures from the Unlimited subscription are usually just repaints.
