This suit is from the 2010 Daredevil storyline, Shadowland, where Daredevil takes control of Hand Ninja clan and sets up shop back in Hell's Kitchen. He even has a temple built there and starts becoming more extreme in his actions, such as killing Bullseye. The storyline is okay, but the suit is one of the best things to come out of it.
The figure is fine, but like many older Hasbro ML, the quality of the plastic is definitely not what it is today. Still, if you can find this for a decent price and you are a fan of DD, than this is a fine addition to your collection

One of my only other Marvel Legends Daredevil figures that I scored for the BAF but I'm unfamiliar with this iteration of the character. I've whiffed on a few classic Daredevils up to this point which is a mistake I regret. But I simply could not justify scoring the Daredevil/Elektra/Bullseye 3-pack a few years back. 😖
