Realizing that he might be depriving himself of a return portal, Prime charges into an inferno, and is pitted against Predaking. Prime battles the mighty Predacon, hoping to provide a window of escape for Wheeljack and Bumblebee. Predaking witnesses the disappearance of Megatron, and sullenly watches as the Autobots escape with the weapons. While Ratchet struggles with the task, Bulkhead transports one of the weapons into the desert, and is inadvertently ambushed by Ripclaw and poisoned by the latter’s mech-venom.
