Fei Long

I have not opened mine yet, but I have had this experience before with some other figures (various companies) across the years of collecting. It is very off putting and I tend to set them aside and clean them and then still have a dirty feeling about them. Like they are forever labeled in my head as “discarded and neglected” and I’ll always remember they came all oiled up and greasy. It is likely just something from the manufacturer that wasn’t cleaned off or whatever, but yeah. 

For whatever reason my Fei Long's effect and heads were extremely greasy. I haven't had that problem with my other Jada figures, so I don't know what happened with this one. I washed him and his accessories off with some soap and water, so he's clean now. I thought that maybe someone had already opened him, but he was still perfectly sealed. If anyone has any idea of what this was or a similar instance you've had, let me know.
