Deploying from their mobile fortress-monastery, the Imperial Fists are renowned for their unshakable loyalty to the Emperor and his dream of a united Mankind. Particularly skilled at siege warfare, the Imperial Fists never yield or retreat and will complete any holy task appointed to them - even at a steep cost of lives. Sieges require bodies and bodies will get brusied, battered, damaged or worse. To ensure there are still bodies to thrown on the siege, Apothecaries perform battlefield surgeries using their highly trained skills and whatever tools they have at their disposal. "First, do no harm" does not seem to apply to these medical warriors; they will use a scalpel to heal just as much as to kill to protect their Brothers.
