I take it this character won't be getting a revisit any time soon...

If you can find it for cheap, go right ahead. You can probably find one for less than regular sized legends figures

If you have the space and it’s a super deal, go for it. He’s nice to have in the back of a villains display. I was lucky to get it super cheap at a Disney store because they were saddled with oodles that weren’t selling.

Ive considered getting this. Would you still recommend it with it's faults?

It's neat to have this character, but he has some serious issues. For starters he has no wings despite them being fairly prominent in his design. More importantly, for me anyway, the shield is designed so that the only way to get it on is to heat up the figure and pop the forearm off. Finally, the hip joints on my copy are rather loose. I got this figure for dirt cheap, and while I'm glad to have it, I'm also glad I didn't pay full price.
